Overlooking the resort’s infinity pool and the ocean, Al Khiran Kitchen restaurant showcases local flavors and traditional Omani cuisine. Its open kitchen is framed by Calacatta marble, with a backdrop of dark blue glazed tiles reminiscent of the sea. This modern all-day dining experience is a cool and tranquil escape from the heat, where sumptuous seafood is prepared in front of guests.

Continuing a journey into Oman’s culture the elegantly timeless interior is subtly layered with  pattern, from hand painted floor tiles to metallic detailing which pays homage to Oman’s skilled artisans who work intricately with shaping and forming silverware, jewelry, khanjars, and coffee pots.

With every glance, the ocean is celebrated in this space, considered accents; from fluid form sculptural pieces and fine crystal clear glassware to powder blue upholstery. The ceiling, in essence, reflects this light and endless seascape with infinity mirrors.
