Nestled in Hampstead this family home spanning 3500 sqft encapsulates the travel and adventure of its inhabitants, from Singapore to Indonesia, India to New York. Every element of the scheme pays homage to their journey.

Step into a transversal space, where entertainment and relaxation defined the brief. Bespoke curved sofas mirror each other in a ‘yin and yang’ living space. Asian influenced bespoke rattan cabinets stand either side of an elegant original fireplace. Grounding the room is a silk and wool rug designed by Littlemore which owes its pattern to traditional chikankari embroidery, a technique used to create gradient and texture in fashion seen within the eastern part of India.

Artwork by Peynes and Grey has been crafted of thousands of individually rolled, cut, dipped and assembled tiles, the colours and intricate detailing repeated in accessories, emphasized by soft furnishing.

The entertainment room joinery features arched niches and fluted timber to create depth and texture. Standing opposite a bespoke sofa bench upholstered in monochrome Pierre Frey plays with light and shadow.
